HI ALL, I would like to ask if the Courtesy Notice wording is appropriate for effectiveness in UK/England, I read on the Courtesy Notice it says "UNITED STATES" do we need to ad or alter anything, thanks

Yes, it applies to/in every country. This is the purpose of the phrase "any and all international equivalents."
