Second Case for Colorado

I have a (Void) Judgement I have failed to overturn against DISCOVER BANK. I was divorced 4 years ago and my ex'wife filed bankruptcy last year and had a credit card with my name on it. Interestingly enough, I found out my divorce decree that I thought would hold me harmless fell under state law and the BANKSTERS told me they fell under FEDERAL JURISDICTION so they were coming for me. I had already known of the "Theft by Deception" the Bar puts upon us, so I knew I'd have to do this on my own. I need to know how to get Relief from this JUDGEMENT using these new tools from TOPPT. Any Ideas?
