Alleged Byron Shire Council v Pearce & Milanes

We just sent a CN to the alleged Byron Shire Council & their acting alleged solicitor & to the alleged Kogarah Local Court of NSW for $1,800AU for alleged Council rates unpaid. . . and so we will see what happens. . .

But also I was wondering if A4V is still a valid way out of the bother of playing cat & mouse with them. . . Can the 'Strawman' still be accessed via a A4V declaration or has the 25th Dec 2013 filings etc collapsed that as an avenue for sorting alleged debt?? {just curious}
