I have been involved with seeking knowledge of how the financial system works/ed for some time and during our research we have found that although the concepts are similar, the specifics of the UCC are ignored here.
I do comprehend that these codes are global, but have not found the conversion or clause that proves standing.

Can we start discussing the Canadian aspect so I can distribute this information to the members of my society? Any insight would be useful.

I agree John. We need some reference to the right process here in Canada. What is our structure of commerce codes that dove tails the UCC codes. Where and how do we file here to disassociate from corporate Canada and invoke common law under the creator as bondservant to the creator. Is that even the steps that have to be taken first? We want to be sure and do it right the first time. Would it be a good idea to seek out free legal aid in the matter and get some questions answered? Maybe talk to a Notary republic to get some questions answered? This would cost some monies which is hard to come by for some people these days.
Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated.

This website has an explaination. They are a financial company and will also fill out the forms for you for a fee.

Thanks freedomcanada. I have been to this site and posted that I would like some more information about the process. They said to other people posting that they would email them some information. I have not received anything from them yet in my email.

I too have the same problems. Not getting any aswerers as of yet. I would request that we get a Canadian section on this site going.

In Canada, the form is a PPSA. Here is the site to use to Search, Register and Discharge as well as fees.
