Hi to all fellow Canuks Empty Mortgage

Post  FreedomCanada Sat Feb 16, 2013 1:45 am

What I am doing right now is holding off on as many bills as I can. STill paying the things that can be cut off. My mortgage has not been paid for just over 30 days now. I have the payment, just keeping it. If they cause me a lot of trouble I will have it to give, but I am hoping it doesn't come to that. I could just wait and see what happens, but I figure someone has to start standing up and doing it. I can't wait till we are completely FREE.

Dianea I haven't given them the courtesy note yet, but I am working on it right now. Listening to the Freedom Reigns show Feb 18 regarding that. I will like your fb page. I am in BC too. I started the One People's Public Trust in Canada page are you on it? Did you read that Open Letter to the Canadian Gov't, wasn't that awesome?

FMKMRF If you listen to Heather speaking, I can't remember which show, but she explained that UCC law is not taught in Law school. It is only taught to some lawyers because they didn't want too many people knowing about their foundations. That is why many lawyers don't know very much about UCC. And UCC is the basis of ALL Corporations, ALL finance on the face of the planet. They had to have one set of game rules for everyone because the whole planet is involved in the financial game. The people in Canada stating UCC doesn't apply here doesn't know very much about the UCC Law, that's all.

Hi to all fellow Canuks Empty Ucc/Canada

Post  FMKMRF Tue Feb 19, 2013 7:32 pm

Hi Dianea
Contract is Contract and it is for all. But Canada doesnt have UCC. So the question was and IS.
How do you file the starting documents? Finanicing Statement- Declaration of Fact and Commericaial Bill, as stated in the opening video of the Oppt-in site.
If I understand you right , you have done this in BC, so a little help would be great.

Looks like the Opptbook is up and going this should be a great help and a place to network. I will be using that as my main area from now on.

Peace.

Hi to all fellow Canuks Empty Re Ucc in Canada

As far as the UCC filings as per Heather it is already in place for everyone on the planet. All you have to do from my understanding is send the courtesy notice to the person that signed on the dotted line of your mortgage agreement. You will be dealing directly and only with him/her on a personal level. Whom ever signed any alleged contract is personally liable for their actions. In all the UCC filings Heather has put in the language (and International equivalents) when refering to the united states ucc filings.
I will be planning to use the courtesy notice to cancel my alleged contract with a home security monitoring system that roooked me into a 3 year lock in. This will be the start and of course a learning experience.
I also live in B.C.

Thanks for BE-ing and Do-ing

Hi to all fellow Canuks Empty Re UCC in CANADA

Post  freedomseeker Tue Feb 26, 2013 12:51 am

Hi fellow freedom seekers,

I am from Ottawa, and I have been reading your postings. I just sent off my courtesy notice to my Bank. I have had a dispute with my mortgage bank for some time and it has come to my being asked to vacate my home. It was out of providence that I found OPPT. Out of desperation I called a lawyer who told me that since I am being evicted I have lost control and therefore must find a way to pay off the bank. As things are, my credit has been soiled and is difficult to get finance. My last resort was my creator. My spirit tells me all I need is to file some papers to bring a stop to being evicted. The next day I found OPPT. Needless to say I got to work on them and I am hoping that it will save me from losing my home. I don't know anyone here in Ottawa who is like-minded. If there is anyone in the Ottawa area please contact me through this forum.

I will keep you updated of the outcome of my situation.

Thank you.

Hi to all fellow Canuks Empty Re: Howdy from Alberta

Post  freedomseeker Sun Mar 10, 2013 3:54 pm

Than k you for your post. I would like some help with the PPSA. I contacted PPSA sometime in 2012 and filled out the form to have as the creditor so that I can claim the title deed to my home. They asked me to produce the original document that registers the deed, which I did not have and they told me until I submit that document they cannot change the title to m name. I got stuck and did not know where to get the document they asked for.

The sheriff's enforcement officer turned up in my home on February 26 2013 and evicted me from my home, changed the locks to secure the property and currently I am trying to get my house back. The bank wants me to pay the arrears owed and then I can get back my home.

Any help you can render would be very much appreciated.

Hi to all fellow Canuks Empty PPSA (Easy to understand) UCC Filing

Post  ImaJWalker Tue Mar 12, 2013 1:23 pm

Not sure if this helps anyone, but I too will be requiring a PPSA and I came upon this site. It's from 2007 but it seems there has been this concern going back that far. Someone was 'nice enough' to 'explain' it in easy terms.

http://www.abodia.com/ucc/articles/Copyright%20Your%20Name.htm

I also read on the ppsa site that if you do the online process, someone asked a question:

Should my search be entered in upper or lowercase?
Either is acceptable. When a search is submitted, all text entered is converted to uppercase

I am believing that when you do this form, as they point out... you are using your lower case 'against' your uppercase to separate yourself from the 'entity' they use in their crooked laws.

Any views on this? If 'I' hand submit and sign it, it 'should not' converted any other way than I prepare it...should it? Anyone?

Hi to all fellow Canuks Empty Re: PPSA (Easy to Understand) UCC Filing

Post  freedomseeker Thu Mar 14, 2013 4:20 am

Hi,

Thank you for the website link. The information on the www.copyright-name.com is very useful.
I did a PPSA search last year to see whether there was any lien on my property. There was none. Then I went on to fill the form for taking ownership of my strawman meaning \I being the Creditor and not the debtor. PPSA told me that \I had to contact a lawyer for that or go to the Land registry. I did not take it further. Les Rackett from copyright-name.com does PPSA filings for Canadians. He charges $200 for this service and includes a copyright notice which will be posted on the website.

I would like to know how to file PPSA financing statement correctly. Can anyone help with this?

Thank you.
Peace to you all.

Hi to all fellow Canuks Empty Financing statement

Post  sbrierley Wed Aug 21, 2013 11:02 pm

1) What I did is "Copyright" my ALL CAPS name first.
2) Then did a "Security Agreement" between my Strawman any myself the living flesh & blood.
3) Then filed a PPSA Lien, ALL CAPS as debtor & Lower case name as Secured Party. I did this myself, the only problem I had is that Alberta only fills this form out in ALL CAPS. So for the Secured Party I had them put in brackets after the name ( Signifies Lower case letters ). This way it is recorded that the ALL CAPS name should be Lower Case.
I found the Financial Statement ( 1 page) form on the government website. Fill it out and fax it in with the PPSA form.
4) Then I made up a "Hold Harmless Indemnity", which states that I am not responsible for nor can I be held accountable for anything my Strawman does.
5) Then I did a "Common Law Copyright Notice".
Then I mailed (by registered mail) these forms into the "Minister of Finance", "Bank of Canada" and "Stats Canada".
Just waiting to hear.
The Minister of Finance has to be informed before you can do anything to have your bills covered.
