Ford Motor Credit

Post  Darkzen on Fri Feb 01, 2013 8:14 pm

Hello All !

I would like some help / feedback on how to address this order to show cause.

http://www.entitlementscommission.org/ford-order-show-cause.html

Do we have a set procedure / forms to use yet?

I was thinking of doing a conditional acceptance.

Conditions being
1. Proof of employment of Ford (He says he represents Ford, How do I know Unless I see his employee contract with Ford?

2. Proof that a actual loan took place.... Show me where the consideration is equal ?

3. And then the last thing I would prob do is ask "Where is your signed Affidavit from a Ford Officer that all accounting is correct ?"

BUT... If we have a cleaner way now..... Please Share with me !

Thanks, Smile

Validate and Verify everything they say in writing. I'd show up and state you are their by "special appearance" in order to correct the record. Secondly, Show up in court and challenge the Jurisdiction by submitting an Affidavit of Status declaring your Sovereignty (have it recorded at your County Recorders Office) Submit it to the court clerk for filing in the case file so the judge has it before you arrive. Drop me an email and I can send you a template for that. This separates you from the fiction listed on the doc (All Capital Letter Name). First of all, you are not the Fiction on the front page of the Order. Next, demand they prove everything they say. Everything they will tell you in court on that day will be hearsay. Hearsay is not admissible evidence. Object, Object Object and have it all stricken from the record. Make sure they have a "Wet ink Copy of the alleged Contract. If not, no good for them. Its all hearsay. Your Summons Complaint Court and Plaintiff Attorney Docs should spell this out clearly. They have no case before the court unless you accidentally consent by argument. Do not argue anything. Just have them provided PROOF OF CLAIM. Thirdly, If they attempt to steal your property without due process, they commit treason. According to the 7th Amendment to the Const. You are entitled to trial by jury in ALL MATTERS in controversy over $20 Dollars. If they show up at your doorstep with Sheriff Deputies or Police Officers claiming they possess a Writ of Repossession, deny them access without a Wet Ink Signed WARRANT backed by Oath of the Judge and Affidavit by an Injured Party. They won't have one and have no right to trespass on your property. Print out the "Lawful Notice" sign in the downloads and post on your door. They will threaten you but do not cower. Tell them they need a Lawful Warrant to search and seize your property and the Judge would never to so if you challenge jurisdiction, nor can they without a trial. This case will never make it to trial, thats why they go with this new replevin law which also makes them post a bond. I notice they are asking for a waiver. I'm going through this myself my friend. They took my Motorcycle and now I'm going back at them for the injustices. I should have stood my ground, but in the end, it matters not. It's not so much about the bike as it is about the injustice they put upon us all. I'm making my voice heard and they will know we are no longer going to be slaves and servants and that we are ONE and EQUAL. They are our Serv-ANTS given limited delegated authority by law. The Constitution and Bill of Rights have been established to limit the governments powers. Don't fret, just flow with it and share a compassionate message to those who know not what they do. The officers are under their own threat of losing their jobs if they don't do what the higher ups tell them, so keep this in mind as you share truth with the officers who show up to steal your property. Then ALLOW them to make their respective choices before you respond with an appropriate response that shares who you are in these documents
