Where's the updated CN and Hales/Bartle audio conversation? Empty Where's the updated CN and Hales/Bartle audio conversation?

In the Collective Imagination show, Chris Hales said that there's been an update to the Courtesy Notice (to correct some spelling errors, etc.) and that he and Scott Bartle recorded a conversation they had about how the Courtesy Notice is to be used. Does anyone know where these things are posted? I cannot find it in the usual places (e.g., AK, OPPT-IN, etc.).

Again, what we're looking for is:

  1. Updated Courtesy Notice and instructions
  2. Recorded audio conversation between Chris Hales & Scott Bartle re Courtesy Notice
