Greetings guys,

I am an energy worker as well as an awake and, aware being of light. I recently listened to Brians interview with Heather on youtube and, since then, I have been reading a lot of information on the OPPT web sites. I have to say that I still have more questions than answers.

Ideally, I want to be able to present this info to my local community and, empower them to take back there sovereignty but, If I am not sure on how to do the simplest process of taking back my abundance, IE my portion of the universal abundance that is mine (or in other words, my money) how would I be able to "teach" others in my community to do anything else?

I would REALLY like some help in moving forward on this. I KNOW beyond any shadow of a doubt that I am an unlimited abundant galactic being of light and, subject to no mans laws other than those I "submitted" to out of ignorance from birth.

So, if anyone could help me out at all, I would really appreciate it.

ok, I have listened to the first one and, they refer to CVACS which, if I am understanding them correctly, are groups and/or people set up to help the general public, IE: us, to file our paperwork and/or claim our birthright.

So, do we have contact info to these CVACS?

I am gaining a better understanding about the new earth is set up already and, all we have to do is claim our birth right. Thus, we as the general populace, need help in doing this.

So, we, the people, have to create the CVACS? That was not the way I understood it in the other show that I listened to.

The way they explained it sounded like the CVACS were in the process of being put together already. Of course, I am still just learning all of this so, I could be mistaken.

From my understanding, we got the green light to start putting the structure in place to help the CVACs to come about. So waiting has stopped and action has started. Its about all of us utilizing our skills in IT, Media, Financing, Leadership to contribute and make it a reality. Have a listen to the show, its amazing.

I believe they were saying all we needed to do was to put together the computer programming that could tract the CVAC and that I could be done in a relatively short time. As I understand it is that this is to run parallel with the current system until we can be sure its stable and we can run out the old system.

The way I understood it from that show I listened to was that the CVAC's were people that are going to help us, the general public, in moving forward on our own processes.

Maybe I am missing something but, this seems to me like it's getting WAY more complicated than it should be.

OK, as I am listening to the audio and, do more research of what is available on line, I am becoming more educated. Where I am now is needing a template to create my own affidavit to be able to claim my sovereignty at my local government building.

Do we have any of those? I have a couple zip files of the OPPT files already and, there are none in either one.

I look forward to receiving this and, venturing further down the rabbit hole.

7. The New Paradigm Protocol document folder contains 13 documents in total (27 files) (6 MB) in a zip folder.

Briefly described, these 13 documents are:
UCC Financing Statement AMENDMENT ADDENDUM
• This legal form says that you have a right to take possession of assets belonging to you and demand compensation for damages.
EXAMPLE 1 (Declaration of Violation of Rights)
• Pay particular attention to Heather’s handwritten revisions on the page, legibly written in red.
EXAMPLE 2 (Declaration of Violation of Rights)
• Again, pay particular attention to Heather’s handwritten revisions on the page, legibly written in red.
EXAMPLE 3 (Declaration of Violation of Rights)
• Once more, pay particular attention to Heather’s handwritten revisions on the page, legibly written in red and blue.
DECLARATION OF FACTS AND COMMERCIAL BILL
• This explanation outlines for the court the key principles supporting the New Paradigm Protocol documents.
UCC 3-501 DEMAND (all international and “STATE OF . . .” equivalents)
• This is a demand for the court to produce proof of its jurisdiction; the court will not be able to meet the terms of this demand.
UCC 3-501 DEMAND (police and state)
• This is a demand for police officers to produce proof of their authority; the police will not be able to meet its terms.

8. A good way to discover what each of the documents means in context is to plug ‘n’ play: every time you encounter a UCC number in a New Paradigm Protocol document, in your mind’s eye insert the words corresponding to that number, per your search above. As you go about doing this, full understanding will dawn. Here’s a tip sheet:
UCC 1-103:
All principles of law and equity (including the law merchant and the law relative to capacity to contract) must supplement the UCC.

UCC 1-201 (31):
The trier of fact must presume the existence of a fact unless evidence is introduced which would support a finding of its non-existence.

UCC 1-308:
Individuals are protected from unknowingly giving up rights by agreeing to specific contract terms.

UCC 3-419:
The person who conveys a demand to pay becomes legally responsible for the debt themselves.

UCC 3-501:
A demand to pay may be rejected for failure to demonstrate reasonable identification and reasonable evidence of authority.

UCC 3-505:
Bank instruments are legitimately dishonored by nonacceptance or nonpayment.



9. Concerning the issue of which country you live in, not to worry. Your country has a commercial code that has been dovetailed to match the UCC, which is American, and the New Paradigm Protocol documents account for this by using the phrase “all ‘STATE OF . . .’ and International equivalents”. Similarly, don’t worry about references to the United States Constitution in the documents; simply replace them with reference to your own country’s equivalent constitution or bill of rights.



10. The action of completing the above templates with information particular to your own individual circumstances, and then filing the resulting documents at your local court, lawfully and completely cancels your mortgage, credit cards, and loans. These are now gone forever, while you retain full possession of your material goods and your house.
Go give it a whirl. You’re safe. It’s bulletproof.

I would like to think that is true. However, we have yet to see any 'proof' of success using the UCC process. I am open minded person and would really really like to see us be successful using this approach. I am also a realist and have seen government actors steam roll citizens before using non-traditional legal approaches. I hope and pray this is the real deal this time; we need some wins

I am currently watching the videos about Administrative Process on this website. I can see a number of mistakes I made regarding the Demand and Cease and Desist that I sent to the court regarding my traffic ticket. I am not concerned because I believe I have time to do it the correct way. But, the information on that site is very valuable in my opinion.

That came from Heather (I think), so hopefully it is bulletproof!

Nothing speaks better than success. It is like the wheel of the old system that has lost it's source of energy but still has momentum and needs to slowly wind down as people learn to stand tall in the truth. Certainly gives us courage we didn't have before and a goal post.

We just hang in there and support those early pioneers!

As of today I do not have the funds to continue paying my mortgage and quite frankly I have paid these bozos what the house is currently assessed at per the county property appraisers ... makes me ill to think about it.
From my perspective I will live in the house until I choose otherwise No-one owns anything.

We need like buttons on here so we can like others posts n stuff.

I am confused... is that video specifically for OPPT processing? I don't see anything on that web site referring to OPPT at all.

This is a great example on why I need cut and dry, black and white, clearly defined and, understandable "instructions" on how to do this. Also a good example of why I am not comfortable creating a flyer yet with what little info I am aware of.

No, it's not OPPT. However, it gives information about administrative procedures we need to use when submitting OPPT forms. The videos I provided the link to tells about how we use a notary and the forms to use with OPPT forms.

It appears to me that Heather has given us one part of the procedure. If we are interested/motivated, we need to learn the ways to do it.
