Rebecca Cole joined us this evening. She is working with one of the trustees of OPPT, Randall, and gaining insight from him as to how to begin the process of DO’ing using the UCC process.

John spoke about his contact with Deryl, who referred him to Rebecca. Deryl has a good handle on the process as well.

We are working on the Step One process and discussion was made regarding whether that should be a “hooking up” of the individual with the OPPT Trust. This would connect us with the funding available through OPPT and basically secure us as a part of the Trust. John explained that the trustees would not be able to give individual legal advice because of their role as fiduciaries for All the people, but they would be available for general questions on procedures, etc.

Step One is the original Financing Statement, UCC-1. John introduced Rebecca Cole to the group.

Rebecca told us the reason we do the filings is that “silence is acquiescence.” Our silence as they securitize us is how the PTW have gotten away with their crimes against us. She emphasized a thorough and uniform process to streamline it for others, and stressed that it needs to be done right the first time, if possible. She will be checking with Randall very soon to get a set of templates together. Knowing why we’re doing this is important, and we will eventually be able to set off debt down the road if everything is done correctly the first time. She suggested having a template that works, that we can use to show others. This is our #1 way to get word to the PTW that we are no longer under their jurisdiction.

Sue mentioned her UCC-1 filing designating her as Secured Party and everyone who had enslaved her as Debtor and asked Rebecca if that was being on the right track, and Rebecca said it sounded correct to her and that we could always go back and change it later. She said that in the past, UCC had been manipulated because it was controlled by the PTW and was that no longer the case, and Rebecca agreed.

John mentioned some of us who have urgent situations, and others who could wait, and we want to help those with immediate needs if possible. We need a SWAT team and maybe an enforcement team for those with urgent issues, and Rebecca said there were no magic bullets, we are dealing with a system that’s run on its own for a long time and we would find the correct way together. Slow and competent is the best way if possible.

John asked if the trustees would speak on status and asked about publicity for the process, and Rebecca said she just had an introduction, and this is all she has done so far. Meanwhile, our job is to get these filings done and spread the word to the people. On the way, as we learn, we know to question things that we normally would agree to with silence, and get them corrected…such as warranty deeds, etc.

There is no status on the CVAC’s yet, but it is coming.

Rebecca said she will be sending information on property taxes and how it all works, some of the sources have it put together in a simple format and asked for a place to post it. Paula and Desmond volunteered to do that website work. She suggested getting a list of projects people would like to work on, and we would learn about them, and we can use the OPPT forum Amit created for us to post them on. For example, there are beginning videos on how the birth certificate is securitized right under our noses and with that understanding we will know how to reclaim what has been stolen from us.

Question: Parties. Debtor = OPPT?
Rebecca: No, according to Randall. We will include OPPT as part of the collateral statement, but not as a party. We will be Secured Party. The Debtor will be what they have lodged at the DTCC as their property, which is the birth certificate #, etc., all numbers on file with the system. She will get it all clear with Randall and Heather and get back to the group. She believes OPPT will be part of the collateral we are claiming, eventually, as what they have already done for us. What we will be spelling out is for the benefit of the agencies and if done right, eventually will be an education to those agencies to let them know they now work for The People.

John mentioned we are attempting to reclaim assets held by the corporation. OPPT has foreclosed on those assets, so we don’t necessarily have to name the UST as a debtor, and the new “owner” is OPPT. Rebecca said we don’t want to get the wrong parties, but we want to reclaim our property for ourselves, individually, and it doesn’t matter who has the commercial register on it. Rebecca will double check on everything, as it has all changed.

As a first step, connect ourselves to OPPT, then begin the process of reclaiming our property. Rebecca said you can do an addendum, then go for the property taxes, child support, etc. John mentioned talking with Deryl about multiple filings, one being first the connection to OPPT, then subsequent filings can reference the first one. Rebecca agreed that it makes sense to do it that way and said the banks use every individual situation, and it made sense for us to do it that way as well but she doesn’t know how much of that we will have to do.

Art asked about other processes that they are doing besides UCC, such as Qualified Written Requests, etc. and should they continue and do both, and Rebecca said it all goes hand in hand with the administrative procedures process, and the enforcement process comes in by utilizing UCC along WITH the other processes. She suggested for more information to go to http://tchtrust.org for more information on using these processes together.

Rebecca said the OPPT documents brought everything to the BIS, which goes straight back to the Vatican, the Queen, and the Bank of England, and it was the Vatican who claimed ownership of everything and everyone. What OPPT did was bring down the BIS, thereby bringing everything back to Prime, Source.

Rebecca shared a bit of her background with us, she has been working on this information since the 1980’s.

Question: Will a UCC-1 from two years ago still work today? She tried to save her home from foreclosure and lost it anyway, and must have done something wrong, so does she need to file a UCC-1 now?
Rebecca: Yes, the system is completely different now. Rebecca filed everything correct during a child support issue, and apparently had done everything correctly. She didn’t know then how to use the UCC lien enforcement strategy then, but does know now and we will learn how it all works.

Question: The OPPT has basically done one large filing for all of us and doesn’t that take care of the need for everyone having to file their own UCC-1?
Rebecca: If you’ve heard the statistics, it takes 1% of the square root of the population to get momentum going and create the “tipping point” to change things. This is a choice we are making to show we mean business. Once the tipping point has been achieved, the administrative agencies will begin working for the people, they will have to. We still need ways to transfer property rights, etc. This is a way to get the ball rolling.

Question: Will the people in those administrative offices just start helping people and realizing who they work for?
Art: They would work for the CVAC’s.
Sue: It will come to a point where everyone will have to make a choice. The people who work for the banks and corporations now, will have to decide whether they want to work for the people and keep their jobs, or do something else. What we are doing now will eventually create the law.

Sue: We would like to begin claiming the CVAC’s, and were chatting about how to get that done, many of us would like to begin learning how to implement them.
Rebecca said we’re in “now” time, and we’ll get it done. Sue said getting more information on the CVAC’s would allow those of us who are ready to pursue it would be helpful.

Art said that reclaiming our own property, rights, and energy will create a landslide of change and empowerment for the people. As we show success with this as we’re on the “leading edge,” we’ll be able to help others and create what is needed for change. We can coach one another and he is looking forward to it.

Thank you so much for this. I wasn't aware of this skype group. Not a legal expert -- but, rather, a geek -- and I'd be happy to help run information down. I'm also ready to learn how to do my own UCC-1 and then teach others why and how to do it for themselves.

What is the Skype address for the group?

During the 27 Jan 2013 OPPT court case Skype-group teleconference, Rebecca spoke of a qualified written request (QWR) she recently submitted for "explanation of exact definition of underlined terms" in a warranty deed.

I ignorantly tried a QWR a few years ago to get my mortgage servicer to "show me the note" or tell me who had it. It was an interesting but ultimately fruitless exercise (except possibly to alert the servicer that people are becoming more responsible and aware).

It seems to me that just about everyone (who is not a lawyer, at least) with a warranty deed could find some terms in the deed that they do not comprehend and submitting QWRs is something we can all do right now.

If Rebecca is reading this, or someone else is who is in contact with her, I would like to ask if she would be willing to share her recent QWR package as an example that others could follow?

OK, thanks for clarifying that. I was only trying to confirm whether it was this forum that was being referred to in the skype conference and not some other. And, yes, you *did* create this particular, concrete forum manifestation and I appreciate your efforts, Amit. I also agree that the greater, abstract People's Forum is created by all who voluntarily participate in it.

Also, is there a skype chat room that we have set up somewhere? Or, do we need to add someone to our list so when the calls do happen, they can just add us?
