Hello, I have been unable to print off the forms and since its in PDF file, it is going to cost me money to get an account with Adobe to get to convert
the files so that its printable after I type in my personal information on the blank forms,,, can anyone help me out here.....? Much appreciated since I would like to send out some notices to my local banker here in Regina, Saskatchewan..... Regards, Greenstar

Greenstar, download the latest Courtesy Notice package from here: http://oppt-in.com/courtesy-notice/ (which links to this zip file: http://oppt-in.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Courtesy-Notice-Update-Kit-V06p00-08-Mar-2013.zip). It contains the CN in various formats, including Word, which makes it easily editable.
