Informed Citi I would not be making any more payments

Today when I received a phone call from Citi regarding the alledged money I owe them, I told the person I would not be making any more payments. She asked why and I told her it was because of OPPT, and she would be hearing more about that very soon. I feel like I've made the first little step toward my real freedom. We are all in this together, tell everyone you know. I see this snowballing so fast already.

You may want to consider keeping a log/journal of who and when you spoke to them. Your interactions will probably go on for a period of time and having written notes of what you did when, you will probably find helpful

The information at this website really helped me as I was going thru this same process. I too chose to disengage from these corrupt systems about a year ago when I began to be guided to the "freeman on the land" movement. It was then I began to understand the enslavement game thru commerce the powers that were had put in place. From then on I knew using this method would be the most powerful way to end the game at this level of existence tho I had no idea of how to do it on a mass scale as has been so graciously accomplished by Heather, Caleb and Hollis.
These filings is utilizing their game to beat them at their own game! And taking it all the way back to Creator on these documents is brilliant! Now its about getting people on board!

Anyway the website/community has a treasure chest of great information along with an insightful and very helpful group of people. Great forum too! Letter templates are provided written from a sovereigns perspective. Although now that the OPPT has been filed the letters may no longer be necessary.
Months ago I sent the letters to every CEO of the banks I was dealing with; Citi, Chase, GE Capital, HSBC, as well as some of the debt collectors with much success. Its been an internal and external process of which now after having the OPPT come to light has validated for me that I was on the "right" track

For example, you could say something like, "I will gladly pay what you are demanding of me as soon as an official of your bank proves to me that it is my responsibility to pay, and such that the proof takes into account the UCC filings of the OPPT."

Just received another call from Citi, and had fun telling the guy on the phone that he better find out for himself if he is working for this place that has been foreclosed on. He said that was ridiculous, it is all still here, what are you talking about. I said Google it, and find out for yourself.

Such an empowering response! It's quite nice when the information we are able to give them throughout the conversation wakes them up a bit. A couple I've spoken to have been grateful saying they had "no idea all that was going on" ... most are in a deeply programmed coma.

Yep, that is 90% of the worlds society.. we are on the front lines for sure.

FreedomCanada, I am interested as to what you were referring to being "foreclosed on". Were you referring to the bank this guy was working for or, what exactly. Not totally following that.

I also have a loan with Citi who I'm going to test with. I had a phone call with them today. Basically, I first asked for his name. He would only give me his first. Then, I said, "did you know Citibank has been foreclosed on by the OPPT? I encourage you to google it and understand it or you, your supervisor and co workers could be help personally liable." He stammered a lot, didn't know what to do and said he appreciated the information and he will have his supervisor call me.

I get regular calls from Citi, every morning, even on Saturdays. Usually I don't answer, but the other day I did because I thought maybe I should get their fax number and send them one of these letters, I think the curtesy note. Well the guy who called me wouldn't give me the fax number unless I explained what kind of letter I was sending. I said give me the number and you will see it shortly and can read it for yourself. He refused so I asked to speak to his manager. Next guy too didn't easily give me the fax number. He finally did though.
SO now I will be sending this letter.

I quit paying on my Citi credit cards a few months ago. I didn't know about OPPT then, but it just felt like the right thing to do. Since my house was foreclosed on last year, my credit rating was already in the toilet, so I figured, what the hell. The cards are now listed as "charged off" and I am getting letters from a collection agency, *generously* offering to reduce my debt by 25%, if I pay the full amount.
Today, I called the agency to get the name of the person in charge of 'my' account, so I could send a courtesy notice. The guy who answered first tried to take a very stern tone with me, and demanded to know what I was going to do about it. I told him I just wanted to know who was in charge of the case, and he said there wasn't a person in charge. See....they know the common law, and refuse to give last names because they KNOW they will be held personally liable! I then informed him that their 'client', Citibank was foreclosed on. Of course, he laughed and told me I needed to check my sources. So I gave him the OPPT-In website and told him to check HIS sources.
He tried to strong-arm me into saying I was or was not going to pay. The call was being recorded, of course, "for security and quality control purposes". More like CYA! LOL
In the end, he wouldn't give me a name to send the courtesy notice to, and just gave me an address, assuring me that it would find its way to the right 'people'. Since the Courtesy notice is designed to inform workers that thier protection in the company is gone, and that they will be personally liable, I will send a very nice letter demanding to have a *real person* contact me in the matter, so that I can send them the notice.

Hi in the USA there are a lot of people making money from debt collectors etc if you still want to play with them the website is called whatliesinyourdebt don't know exactly but I;ve heard some of the radio call recording when people call in saying how much money they've made each week...

That is for those who still want to continue playing the game, for others sending out the "Courtesy Notice" is the way to go I reckon.
