OPPT Document Template [square brackets] Empty OPPT Document Template [square brackets]

Hello,

I noticed some of the text in the template brackets are lowercase and some are uppercase letters.
Is this significant? Does it signify when we are to use upper, lower or a combination of both?
Most importantly the brackets where a name is to be placed, for example: [name of plaintiff], [NAME OF GOVERNOR] Does this tell me the plaintiff's name should be in upper and lowercase and the governor's name should be in all CAPS?
Can anyone please clarify on this?

Thank You Very Happy

Yes! The names in all caps refer to the legal fiction or corporate entity. The lower case refers to the natural person.
