Probate, I Trust Empty Probate, I Trust

Post  VincentCataldi Fri Feb 08, 2013 6:39 am

I must take some action soon, it seems.

I am named executor of my fathers estate, not yet in the probate process.

Bank debt and property taxes are now more than 9 months with no payment activity;
both are positioning for foreclosure on the family homestead, and estate assets,

I resist voluntary entry into the probate process, and so all 'authority' see me with no
standing, so I am not able to communicate with any creditors;

... so I request any advice offered.

Estate placed all of value into a common law trust for the benefit of the world and
youngest in the family. Older last-will based on the fictions are available to use
probate to stop foreclosure short term, but seems to me to be a willing entry into a
state under the authority of the fictions of government and law.

As I see it, technically, OPPT has provided a new paradigm, but I have found
nothing regarding probate and foreclosure within a 'forced' appointment of a
probate-estate-executor by a local government - already in foreclosure.

Any thoughts are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks - Vince

Vince - sorry for your loss. I lost my dad 3 weeks ago.

re: forclosure - I just saw a post on this site [opptcourtcases.com] titled 'Heather Foreclosure...' it is apperantly an audio. Might be a good place to start.
