Several student loans are coming due. Since Oct 2011 any "statement" sent to me was returned marked APPROVED UCC 1-308 my signature. Haven't heard back from them yet. Most likely will get a snarky lawyer-ese letter back. I will ask them next for a TRUE BILL. There are contract issues that I need clarified...verbiage and the like. Did I sign a contract, did the issuer sign (wet INK)? Was there equal disclosure? etc...
Anybody help here?

You can use the accept for value procedure to have the Treasury pay this loan. See videos by thctrust.com and Winston Shrout.
