This is a great call. Heather, thanks for all your work and great info. I have a pending sale date of 2/27/13. I dont have a pending court case, just Chase and the trustee trying to foreclose. I recently filed my UCC with the state, and sent out my Declaration and Commerical bill, but neet to know the next step. Should I start a court case, then file these docs mentioned in the discussion, or maybe just go right to the sheriff? any help would be greatly appreciated...

You should send a message to Sue Rhodes who is ahead of you in a foreclosure process -
she is under MISSOURI and I know she gets on the Facebook site as well.

Also, start a page in this forum from your state and keep posting information so that others seeing this can help you. I also tell people to try to remind others on Facebook, etc. of this site.
