Lost today in court with a denied motion to enjoin trustee sale. Scheduled for March 15th, 2013. The Judge told me I better check out my source of those documents...

The other day I received a citation for a 'motion to dismiss' from NW Mortgage Group to show for a court date April 12, 2013? Why if the sale date is the 15th of March..any ideas please....

oneforall, I'm sorry for your experience in court yesterday. The judges and other members of the legal profession may be the last to acknowledge the Foreclosure, because to do so invalidates their entire careers.

I can't answer your question about the motion to dismiss from NW Mortgage. Hopefully someone else can.
