Hello friends from the Netherlands,
I am french who used to live in the Netherlands for 8 years - I am now back to France. During these 8 years in Netherlands, I bought a small house in Lelystad. I got a mortgage for 30 years with the ING bank. Now, in Holland, the mortgage doesnt need to be paid back, only the interests. That system allows to keep a rather low payment and thus many Dutch people can afford to buy their house ( so to say).
So this is what I am doing: I am paying the interests of about 150 000 euros for 30 years, but not the loan itself ! What will happen after 30 years if I am still alive ? Smile
I will either finally pay the loan in one stroke, if I have enough money to do so, or continue to pay a smaller rent until my death. The house will stay on my name, and eventually my children will pay the loan if they wish.
So thats the dutch system. Its a kind of renting actually, minus the fact that one is fully responsible for the house and pays all expenses.
I was ok to enter it few years ago, and found it quite interesting compare to the french system which is much more expensive ( in France, you pay both interests and loan at same time and it is hard to get a 30 years time loan. So payment mounts easily up to 1500 euros per month, when in Holland it gets to around 800 euros). Now of course, I think I made a very silly mistake. But it was so easy to do it, because nobody really informed me of what I was doing. And meanwhile came the crisis, and my loan is of course very surevaluated.

So here is my question: because I hardly speak dutch myself ( so sorry ) and also because I dont live in the Netherlands anymore, and because we know now that these loans are in fact frauds ( there is no loans really given on your name - I really have to check my papers and what I signed exactly), I wish you could inform me if some of you have already or are willing to take some actions against their bank, with the courtesy notice for example ? ( sorry this was a long question). The idea is to send a courtesy notice to the ING bank or any other bank who supposedely loaned you money and ...refuse to continue to pay them. I'll be happy to do it at some point also.
Well, I guess this has to start somewhere in Holland too. Thanks and all the best !
Jean

The idea is to send a courtesy notice to the ING bank or any other bank
who supposedely loaned you money and ...refuse to continue to pay them.
Thoughts to get the conversation going:

1. You send the Courtesy Notice (CN) to an INDIVIDUAL, not to a bank/corporation.

2. The purpose of the CN is not primarily to tell "them" that you refuse to pay them. This is certainly implied by the CN, but the real purpose of the CN is to inform them of the foreclosure of all corporations and to make an offer to contract with an individual formerly employed by the corporation that was your bank/lender who wishes to continue making demands of you that you pay "the bank".

3. The reality is that 99.99999% of the former employees of the foreclosed corporations do not know or believe that their former employer has in fact been foreclosed. So, they continue to behave as if they still have their old jobs and they continue to operate the "zombie" corporations. In this regard, they still have the "weapons" (and some of them do have real guns) with which to harm you.

4. So, the question you have to answer for yourself is, are you ready to stop making payments and start singling out and sending Courtesy Notices to the individuals who still think they have their jobs and still have the "weapons" (e.g., the computer system that spits out default notices with your name and address on them) with which to harm you? If you are, then GO FOR IT!

In the old system, the government / banks want to force you to start to pay down the house as of 2013. I do not own a house, as I am renting.

dutch mortgage Empty Thanks and other things

Post  Foudmatt Sun Mar 10, 2013 12:11 pm

Thanks Marbolot. Yes, indeed I am not ready to take that action now. At least alone and as a foreigner not speaking the language. I would have to come back in the Netherlands, prepare myself carefully, have one dutch person to help me and launch myself into action. But I tell you, that is worth to take the risk. I dont fear these guys with their "guns". The worse which can happen is that the bank forecloses and sell my house and I may be entitle to pay the difference between the loan and the price they sold it, and few expenses like court expenses, that I dont know. And then what ?
Look: my house real value is about 134000 euros. I have a loan of 155000 euros. I am going to pay interest on these 155000 euros for 30 years, which will be more than 200 000 euros at the end !
And after 30 years of interest, I wont have paid one cent of the 155000 loan. If I do the math, I will pay totally 355000 euros a house which is 134000 and even loosing value by now. This is totally crazy and a blatent stealing. That would be eventually fine if the house price would steadily raise up like they did in the beginning of 2000. But thats not the case now. To my humble opinion that system, which was supposed to help dutch people to access "ownership" of their house with reasonable monthly payment, is turning against them now.
Thats why I am seaking help of dutch people to go through those loans papers. If all the loans are a fraud, as Heather says, then surely those ones too. And if they are a fraud, we could be entitled to stop to pay them. What will happen after that, if all dutch people stop to pay their loans, I have no idea.
I just find it too difficult as a foreigner to do that alone. And I wonder if those CN needs to be in dutch ?

Thanks to remind me that the CN should be directed to one person and not the bank in general.
I appreciated your remarks. Undefined; I didnt get your point, but good for you that you are only a renter.
All the best
Jean

dutch mortgage Empty One clarification from Chris

Post  Foudmatt Sun Mar 10, 2013 12:35 pm

I am just reading the audio show translation on removing the shackles, and Chris is speaking here about the Courtesy Notice:
It’s something that Heather has emphasized to Scott and Ken and I over and over and over, that the energy associated with this document is very strong. It needs to be the right energy. It needs to be done with an intent that’s for the greater good. In part this is to deflect the approaches of people who are still operating in the slavery system, whether they know it or not, but in part it’s actually to wake them up. It’s that component that the energetic effects work on. It’s the waking up of the people who receive this. That’s the intent that Scott’s speaking to. So if you used this in trying to head off your next payment of your mortgage or compel someone around you to do something….completely the wrong energy. That’s the old energy that we’re stepping away from.
...so maybe its not the best idea to use the CN to stop paying my mortgage. Dam'it Smile

Jean,

Thanks for posting that excerpt from the blogtalkradio show. Yes, Chris, Ken and Scott have always emphasized that the CN be used only with positive intent. It's almost a form of service to humanity, if used in its full power.

I am sorry for your mortgage situation. As you know, millions of people around the world are experiencing the "under water" phenomenon, simply because they got sucked into the "home ownership" scam at the wrong time. One option is to just "walk away" from the house. Who cares about "credit ratings"? That's part of the Bankers' debt-based system, not the People's.

The conspiracy that one must pay to live on this planet has finally got to die. Keep the faith. If we keep on keeping-on, this nightmare will soon be over.

Thanks for your attention Marbolot,
Well if you read Scott after Chris is speaking, you can see actually the CN could be used in this particularly case of mortgage. I have listened Scott ( great and down to earth guy) and the others. What I understood is that the CN is to be used especially in response of a bank or administration threat. Maybe not as a first move from myself. Well you know, when I feel ready and prepared, I may launched myself after all in this adventure. When I see the stupidity of whole system, I feel I have nothing to loose.
There is no such credit ratings in Europe. Thats typical american. I have an american friend who explained this to me. I couldnt believe that americans have to keep on doing credits to get a good credit rating. Thats really the world upside down.
Anyway I continue my information process. I am glad that there is now a forum with all kind of examples coming from the people. Concrete examples and cases is what we need now.
Have a good day
Jean

I was just served two documents by an individual from the courthouse. Can I sent the CN to this person, or do I send it to an INDIVIDUAL that works for the bank or corporation?

dacen, the courthouse is part of a corporation, too, so yes, you can send a CN to the person who served you. You can also try to find out who originated the documents you were served and/or who gave the order to serve you and send those individuals CNs, too.

No, the person you send the CN is obligated in the terms to inform his college's
so you only send the CN out once to the person in a corporation, if the corporation follows up, you invoice the persons involved
