Is there such a thing as a OPPT attorney to help with court cases?? just watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiXkBjcW4fU&feature=share ... I would like to send out my notices on Monday but I'm not sure I would be able to defend the paper work in court. Any suggestions??

Have you by any chance run it by Hales, Bartle & Bartle? What did they think of your updates? Not that they have to agree with them for you, or anyone you influence, to use them, but they are attempting to maintain some semblance of accountability for all of the editions of the Notice that they originated. Also, they are in direct contact with the OPPT trustees, who have been reviewing their editions of the Courtesy Notice for correctness (legal and lawful) and consistency with the OPPT UCC filings.Bereagun wrote:I have completed a updated version of the Courtesy Notice...
