update to new case in Florida

We, (meaning me with help from another on this forum, not sure if I should mention any I.D.) are in the process of initiating a response to my(initial) foreclosure papers that I received on the 23rd of Feb. I did send a Courtesy Notice to the Authoring Attorney (should be delivered today the 27th), But like I said I do plan on responding to my papers in the court system with a Notice to Dismiss (that’s what lawyers do) on several aspects. I'll keep you all updated on what happens.
